Sample Product Description
RUBBER SHEETING

Our comprehensive range of quality rubber sheeting in cloth finish or smooth both sides include: Natural Rubber Sheets, Nitrile Rubber Sheets, Styrene-butadiene Rubber Sheets, Neoprene Rubber Sheets, EPDM Rubber Sheets, Silicone Rubber Sheets, Fluorine Rubber Sheets, Butyl Rubber Sheets, Hypalon Rubber Sheets, Speciality Rubber Sheets

Ideal for applications such as chutes, buffers, gaskets, scrapers, manufactured from specialised materials and can be cut to customer specification ranging from 1.5mm to 25mm thick. (Spec/Data sheet available on request)

  • Natural Rubber Sheets
Natural rubber is derived from latex liquid from rubber trees. The rubber has excellent mechanical properties, low compression set and high resilience. It also has excellent dynamic and rebound properties

  • Nitrile Rubber Sheets
Nitrile Rubber (B400NBR Rubber) is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. NBR Sheet has good general resistance to oil along with good mechanical properties especially tensile strength, flexing, compression

  • Styrene-butadiene Rubber Sheets
Styrene-butadiene Rubber Sheet (SBR Rubber) is produced by natural rubber sheet blending with styrene butadiene. The rubber has excellent mechanical properties, low compression set and high resilience.

  • Neoprene Rubber Sheets
CR or Chloroprene rubber ( Neoprene Rubber ) is a homopolymer of chloroprene or chlorobutadiene. It has excellent mechanical and abrasion properties even without reinforcing fillers and has a reasonable resilience in grade over 60o shore A.

  • EPDM Rubber Sheets
EPDM rubber sheets or ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber sheets can be vulcanized by using conventional method of using sulphur or by dicumyl peroxide (DCP).

  • Silicone Rubber Sheets
Silicone rubber have comparatively low mechanical properties, tensile strength, elongation and tear strength, however silicone keep constant even at high temperature but should not be used with high pressure steam. Its resistance to oil and hydrocarbon products is fairly limited.

  • Fluorine Rubber Sheets
Fluorine Rubber Sheets also called Fluoro Elastomer Rubber and FKM Rubber. Dupont called "Viton Rubber Sheets" or Viton. It is based on hexafluoropropylene vinylidene fluoride.

  • Butyl Rubber Sheets
Butyl Rubber is a copolymer or isobutylene and a small percentage of insoprene and has a very low permeability to air and other gases. Butyl rubber has excellent resistance to ozone, oxidation and sunlight.

  • Hypalon Rubber Sheets
Hypalon Rubber is very resistant to attack by oxygen and ozone, and properly compounded products show excellent weathering resistance.
Thermal and Insulation
Thermal & Insulation Product range includes – Phenolic paper, Cotton, Glass and Kelvar, Epoxy cotton and glass, Polyester glass, Melamine glass, Silicone glass and many more this can also be machined as per customer specification or drawing to customer specification and requirements.
